Hi, we are your friendly feathered friends.

After we rescued Victor and Ava we immediately had them looked at by our vet. They were in good condition considering all that they had been through. They have beautiful feathers and are very calm and sweet. They also have a soft trilling voice when they are happy and Victor has the most melodious crow!

They settled into their new home right away. We feed them in the morning with the cows and at night the same routine. They love grapes, watermelon, sunflower seeds and lettuce. When we bring them food they get excited and start to get closer to see what delicious things they are going to get! We have not been able to touch or hold them yet but hope one day to get their full trust. We first put Victor and Ava into the barn with the cows but Oscar is building a chicken coop for them and it is almost done. They will then be free to roam the fields to find food and dust bathe in the dirt.
